Terms of Service

Thriftr is a community app for sharing second-hand finds with friends. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an invite to join, and you're responsible for what happens on your account. Be at least 13 years old. One account per person.

Your content

Photos and posts you share stay yours. By posting, you give Thriftr permission to store and display them to other members according to the visibility you choose. Post only content you have the right to share.

House rules

No spam, harassment, hate, nudity, scams, or posting other people's personal information. Post real finds — don't mislead people about items or prices. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Buying and selling

Thriftr is not a marketplace. Finds are things members spotted in stores; any arrangement to grab or pick up an item is between you and your friends. We're not a party to those arrangements and aren't responsible for items, prices, or availability.

The service

Thriftr is provided as-is, free of charge, and may change or be discontinued. We do our best to keep it running but make no guarantees about uptime or data availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thriftr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Leaving

You can delete your content anytime, and you can request account deletion by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
